The LIFT UP organization provided the Long Island Collaborative Divorce Professionals the opportunity to educate their group about the Collaborative model and how it can benefit the entire family. Each professional spoke about the expertise and skill set that they each bring to the Collaborative setting. We fielded lots of thoughtful and insightful questions and we thoroughly enjoyed sharing with and learning from everyone at the event. Thank you to LIFT UP for providing us with this educational platform.

Resolving Conflict Without Court

What a terrific turnout for "The Gray Divorce" informational table, hosted by the Long Island Collaborative Divorce Professionals at the Long Island Hilton, Melville NY. We had a huge turnout of people interested in hearing about ways that families can resolve their disputes, from separation to divorce to sibling strife, in a manner that preserves dignity, confidentiality and keeps your matter outside of the court system. This is especially true when it comes to individuals who are divorcing later inn life. The emotional and financial implications are much different when one is in their 50s versus in their 30s. If you or someone you know is contemplating a major life shift, such as divorce or separation, please consider reaching out to our group for information on alternative ways to approach the situation. Initial consultations are free.
